Hunan Rongke Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a private joint-stock enterprise with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. It is mainly engaged in the processing and manufacturing of precision mechanical parts. It covers an area of 10000 square meters and has more than 100 employees and more than 60 sets of processing equipment. Among them, it imports 6 sets of high-precision processing centers and internal and external grinding machines. It employs many senior engineers, technologists and technicians. Under the guidance of the development goal of making the enterprise bigger and stronger, the company's business development is mainly aimed at high-precision machine tool equipment customers, aerospace, medical equipment, and high-precision molds and auto parts. It is supplied to domestic companies such as Hunan Hangli, Zhongdachuangyuan, Yuhuan CNC, and exported to Europe, America, Japan and other regions, the company has now become the designated processing enterprise of SETCO in mainland China.
Through years of accumulation, the company has now formed an annual production capacity of 3000 sets of CNC lathe spindles, equipped with advanced and perfect precision spindle production and testing equipment.
After the upgrading of the plant in September 2019, the business area has been further broadened, mainly for product processing in the field of construction machinery and rail transit.
